1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Ai remove text from image, an online image editing service for removing text, watermarks, objects, backgrounds, captions, and similar image elements. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Images and Rights

You keep ownership of images you upload and edited outputs you create, subject to any rights held by others. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, process, transform, and display your images only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You represent that you own your uploaded images or have all required rights and permissions to upload, edit, and download them. The service must not be used to remove copyright notices, watermarks, signatures, brand marks, or other rights information from third-party content without authorization.

3. Copyright and Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content or use of the service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@airemovetextfromimage.com with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorized to act.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate repeat infringers. We may also preserve records where needed to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users and rights holders.

4. Prohibited Content and NSFW Rules

You are responsible for what you upload and how you use edited results. You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual content.

• Uploading, editing, generating, or distributing child sexual abuse material or sexualized content involving minors.
• Creating or sharing non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, exploitative content, or content used to harass, threaten, shame, or dox a person.
• Removing watermarks, copyright notices, signatures, labels, or rights-management information from content you do not own or do not have permission to edit.
• Using the service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other rights of any person or organization.
• Submitting illegal, hateful, violent extremist, malware-related, fraudulent, or highly graphic content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape, resell, or bypass limits, payments, security controls, or moderation systems.

We may block processing, remove access, review activity, report suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal content to the appropriate authorities, and cooperate with lawful requests.

5. Accounts, Credits, and Payments

Some features require an account, credits, or a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.

Purchased credits are valid for 2 years from purchase unless a checkout page or promotion states otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

We may change prices, package names, included credits, feature availability, or free limits prospectively. Changes do not affect purchases already completed unless required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operation.

6. Refund Policy

Ai remove text from image is a digital SaaS service. Because credits, subscriptions, processing capacity, and downloads can be delivered immediately after payment, all purchases are generally final.

• We provide free usage methods, previews, or free quotas so you can evaluate the service before purchasing credits or a subscription.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to test the service and that the purchase grants access to digital SaaS functionality, credits, processing capacity, or subscription benefits.
• Payments for credits, packs, subscriptions, used processing, and digital access are final and non-refundable once completed, except where required by law or where we expressly approve an exception in writing.
• We may consider a refund or service credit only if the paid service is materially unavailable because of a problem on our side and we cannot restore access or provide a reasonable workaround within a reasonable time.
• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with AI output quality, unused credits, accidental purchases, failure to cancel before renewal, changes in personal needs, unsupported files, violation of these Terms, or attempts to remove content you are not authorized to edit.
• If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support promptly with your account email, payment date, amount, and Stripe receipt or checkout reference.

7. Service Availability and AI Results

AI image editing can produce imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or claims arising from your content, outputs, or use of the service.

10. Changes and Contact
